Chris Morris  Chief Executive

Prior to becoming CEO in January 2012, Chris was a Director of ArcGen Hilta and has been involved since his family business, Morris & Company, acquired it in 2006.

Following a career in marketing at a number of well-known London agencies, Chris joined the family business in 2001 to support the growth of its various trading operations. Chris’s focus is to ensure ArcGen Hilta remains at the forefront of innovation, quality and service.

Phil Winnington  Commercial Director

With over 20 years business development experience, Phil's role is to oversee the company's commercial operations and strategic focus, whilst supporting its presence in its targeted industries.

Andy joined the company as Key Accounts Manager and has since been promoted to UK Sales Director. However he still keeps a close relationship with all his key accounts as well as overseeing the ArcGen Hilta sales team.

David Phipps  Export Director                       

David has over 15 years of experience selling to the construction and rental industry both in the UK and worldwide, with the last 5 years being focussed on selling power generation equipment. David's role is to build upon and expand ArcGen Hilta's global presence.

Gregg Taylor  Business Development Manager - Generators 

After serving in the army for 15 years, Gregg left the Military and has worked in sales ever since. His vast knowledge of plant and rental companies means that Gregg is an asset to the ArcGen Hilta team as Business Development Manager of the Generator division.

Tom Page  Business Development Manager - Welder Generators

Originally joining ArcGen Hilta as an apprentice in Electrical Engineering, Tom progressed to a technical support role and is now Business Development Manager for the welding division as well as Sales Executive for the West Midlands & Wales whilst also studying for his degree in Mechatronics.
