John Brogan Operations Manager
After 30 years of service, John is still a major key member of the team from supporting the sales staff with order management to working closely with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation at both sites.
Debbie McCormack Finance & Administration Manager
Debbie started her service for the original owners of ArcGen Ltd over 30years ago and is a vital cog in the ArcGen Hilta team. Starting off as the office junior, Debbie’s experience and loyalty has seen her progress through the company to managerial level.
Gemma Page Personal Assistant / Sales Administrator
Gemma’s Role as Personal Assistant/Sales Administrator is to assist the CEO, Directors and Senior Management team with all forms of correspondence, preparing documents and reports, managing diaries as well as maintaining day to day cover on sales administration. Gemma also arranges and maintains employee training/development programs and organises travel and accommodation for the team as needed along with welcoming visitors to ArcGen Hilta.
Rebecca Homer Sales & Marketing Executive
Rebecca is responsible for all aspects of marketing including advertising and event organising to simply supplying media to customers to utilise in their own promotional marketing.
Nick Barry Accounts Administrator
Nick is responsible for purchase ledger, credit control, nominal ledger and payroll.
Emma Keates Administration Assistant
Emma provides general admin/sales & marketing support to the whole team from Four Ashes in Wolverhampton.
Chris Cartwright Internal office sales
Chris is the first and main point of contact for all Hilta pump and pressure washer enquiries including BBA and Alcon. Chris joined Hilta in 2005 and is now a valued member of the ArcGen Hilta team.
Margaret Howe Administrator
Dealing with sales and purchase orders to ordering supplies and ensuring deliveries are received and recorded as well as resolving any discrepancies, Margaret takes on many tasks in her role within the company and is a vital part of the organisation's admin team.
Mick Collins Technical & Quality Manager
With his vast knowledge of all the ArcGen ranges spanning over 20+ years, Mick is fully equipped to respond to and resolve any technical problems or queries that a customer may have.
Chris Rice Technical Support
Chris aids customers with their technical queries and offers fault finding assistance.
Amanda Chappell Compliance Executive
Amanda communicates Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety awareness and improvements across the Company. She is also responsible for updating and auditing Demonstration, Consignment and Hire Machine Stock Inventories as well as liaising with the Sales Director, Sales team and customers as required.

David Pugh Production Team Leader
As team leader, Dave has been part of the production team for 18 years and his experience has led him to train new employees and apprentices whilst overseeing the general function of the production floor.
Steve Bird Stores Controller & ArcGen spare sales
Steve is the main point of contact for all ArcGen spares orders as well as the maintenance and day to day running of the ArcGen Hilta storerooms.
Craig Jarrett Transport Manager
Craig is responsible for arranging and overseeing all logistics for ArcGen Hilta. He joined the team from Hilta when ArcGen Ltd acquired the company and has been a valued member ever since.
