Mechanical Engineer required to join the team at Four Ashes, Wolverhampton.
Reporting to: Workshop Foreman
Specific Responsibilities
- Carry out fault diagnoses on all company products, engines (both diesel and petrol) and related components.
- Dismantle all types of product, engines and components, clean and prepare to the required standard ready for rebuilding.
- Carry out the mechanical building, modification, servicing and repair of the complete range of company products to customer exact specifications.
- Replace all relevant parts as appropriate to ensure products are professionally repaired and put back into running order.
- Ensure that all machine settings are correct and relevant testing is completed before machines are despatched.
- Carry out service calls at customer locations when required.
- To advise management on all aspects of mechanical engineering requirements.
Attributes
You must be self starting, employ an enquiring approach and ensure completeness in all tasks. We are looking for an individual who has an enthusiastic and positive approach be team orientated and display a commitment to self development and training. As this is a Skilled role previous experience in a similar role is sought.
