COMPANY QUALITY POLICY
Arc-Gen Ltd, trading as ArcGen Hilta and SMC Light & Power, has one main objective which is: “to be a pre-eminent supplier to the company’s chosen industries, focusing on quality products and services incorporating a commitment to all the staff within the company to ensure a dynamic, team orientated and supportive culture”
The Top Management are responsible for the Company's Quality Policy and totally committed to the Company’s documented System to ISO9001:2008. They will endeavour to ensure that there are adequate resources to develop, implement and continually improve the Quality Management System and Quality Policy and review its continuing suitability. The effective application of the system will ensure our customer service is enhanced in order to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Directors are committed to conform with applicable statutory, regulatory and customer requirements.
Quality Objectives
The Company’s Quality Policy is supported by business objectives which are reviewed via The Management Review and then communicated to all employees. Additionally each written Quality Procedure will be based on core quality objectives.
Quality Responsibilities
Top Management will ensure employees are aware that quality is everyone’s responsibility. This will be achieved by Management communicating quality procedures and their objectives, to all employees in the company at regular intervals. All staff have access to the Quality Manual situated in the Management Representative’s area.
Communication to employees will be carried out during normal day to day allocation of work requirements, specific customer order instructions, whether documented or communicated verbally but will include:-
- What is expected of them in terms of their duties and responsibilities.
- Customer needs appertaining to the job or task they perform.
- Standards expected of them in terms of quality controls.
